		<description>That&#039;s fascinating, and it seems ludicrous that students studying foreign policy not know China&#039;s relationship with another world power.  Of course, I don&#039;t think most educated people in America (including myself) are aware of what US means to do about China.  All I honestly know is that we have been borrowing tons of money from China, and we import tons of cheap goods from them.</description>
